Delivery Service
We provide free worldwide shipping for all orders.
All orders from the United States and other regions of the world will be shipped via DHL Express or FedEx. The delivery time will depend on customs clearance and is expected to be 3 to 5 working days (it may take up to 7 working days during peak periods). After the package is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number so that you can track the status of your package. In case of any exceptions due to certain regions and customs regulations, we will notify you, and you do not need to take further action. At that time, you can cancel the order and receive a full refund.
Tax Liability
Customers are responsible for any import duties and taxes levied by the local customs. The product price does not include any taxes. We are unable to calculate the exact amount of taxes your order will incur as these fees are directly imposed by the destination country/region. Please consult your local customs for more information before placing an order.
Order Processing
Orders received after 08:00 Beijing Standard Time will be processed the next day. Except for personalized customized products, all standard product orders will be shipped on the next working day. For the production time of personalized customized products, please refer to the order confirmation time.
Return and Exchange Policy
- For all returns and exchanges, customers must contact our customer service via email within 30 working days from the date of receipt of the goods and before sending back the return package. Otherwise, the return request may be rejected. Please provide your order number and watch model for the return.
- The returned product must be in its original condition and packaging, with the price tag intact, and accompanied by the purchase receipt.
- The product should not be adjusted in size in any way, including adding or removing beads.
- The product should not be customized by us or externally.
- The product should not be altered, repaired, or serviced by anyone other than Thezentao.
- Our sizing is based on your offline order. The calculation is based on your wrist size. Please do not provide the external size of the bracelet.
- If the bracelet you purchased does not fit, we will adjust the size for free. The adjustment will be carried out in our office. If you are unable to visit us in person, you can send it to us by express. The round-trip express fees will be borne by the customer.
- We offer a 30-day free exchange policy for your peace of mind. Simply send your item to our office or visit us in person at your own expense. No refunds will be given.
- Thezentao reserves the right to reject any returns or exchanges that we believe may violate the return and exchange policy or are in poor condition. Goods that do not meet the return and exchange conditions will not be returned to the sender, and no store credit will be issued. Cash refunds are strictly prohibited. Due to our no-refund policy, all orders are final and can only be exchanged for store credit for future purchases.
Bracelet Size Adjustment
- For local customers who need to adjust the size of the bracelet, you are welcome to visit our location at No. 199, Shajiang Road, Bao'an District, Shenzhen City, China from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm on working days to enjoy the free stringing/size adjustment service. If you are unable to visit in person, please send an email to +86 19944343531 via WhatsApp, stating your address, order number, and name. We will send a courier to pick up the bracelet for adjustment and send it back to you by express. No refunds will be given for sizing errors, so please confirm the size before purchasing. Note: An additional service fee of $5 will be charged for domestic express delivery.
- For international customers who need to adjust the size of the bracelet, we will provide additional beads in case the bracelet is too small, and you can easily adjust the size at a local store. If you wish to send the bracelet back to us for size adjustment, you can do so at your own expense. You can send the bracelet to our office at No. 199, Shajiang Road, Bao'an District, Shenzhen City, China. No refunds will be given for sizing errors, so please confirm the size before purchasing. Note: An additional service fee of $35 will be charged for overseas express delivery.
Special Offer Items
Items purchased during special promotions are not eligible for return or exchange. Exchanges or replacements will only be considered at our discretion if the item is defective or damaged. All clearance or special promotion items are non-refundable. To enjoy the discount, you must enter the promo code at checkout. No refund will be granted if no promo code is used.
