Logistics and Delivery

If the logistics delay exceeds 7 days, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will do our best to solve the problem for you.


Standard Delivery: It takes 5-7 working days for destinations in Europe and America, and 3-5 working days for destinations in Southeast Asia. Tracking is supported via DHL and FedEx.


Expedited Delivery: An additional $15 is required, and it takes 2-3 working days (only applicable to light and small items).

You can log in to "My Orders" or use the email link to check the logistics status in real-time.

According to the customs policies of the destination, customs duties may be incurred for the order (such as EU value-added tax). We have prepaid part of the taxes and fees (DDP). If additional fees are incurred, the recipient shall bear them. For details, please refer to the "Cross-border Shopping Tax Guide".

During international transportation, situations such as port congestion or customs clearance delays may occur (especially during peak seasons). If the logistics information has not been updated for more than 7 days, please contact the customer service for manual inspection, and we will provide a compensation plan (such as a $10 freight coupon).
